Have you ever walked into a home, office, or public space and thought it just felt good? You may have even had a boost of energy just walking through the front door.

That’s good feng shui!

Or maybe you’ve experienced the opposite scenario — the minute you walk into your home a heaviness surrounds you. The people you love the most seem to ‘get in each other’s way’ and start bickering immediately. You can’t seem to relax because of all the chaos swirling around you. Where’s the peace and joy you long for?

Perhaps it’s your work environment that’s most troublesome. It’s nearly impossible to get anything done because the minute you walk into your office it feels like a giant vacuum sucked every creative thought out of your head. If you share an office with a co-worker there never seems to be enough room, and everyone around you seems to be on edge.

Should you move to a new home or change jobs? Probably not. Instead you could change the energies in your environment from negative to positive with good feng shui.

What Is Feng Shui?

If you’re like most people you may have heard the words “feng shui”but aren’t quite sure what it is.

Or maybe you have been told feng shui is a magical, mystical way to transform your home or office. You may even have come across a blueprint that identified certain areas of the rectangle as the wealth area, another area that encourages positive relationships, and even and area that’s best for learning. The instructions were to place this blueprint over a floorplan of your home of office see if your floor was the model of perfect harmony.

That’s not feng shui, either.

Feng shui does, indeed, start with a blueprint, but it’s not a static, one-size-fits-all template. Instead, feng shui is a series of calculations that measure the life energies that surround us. Those life energies are always changing, just like we are always changing and growing, and our environment is always changing and shifting.

Hi, I’m Judy Morris. I’m an accredited feng shui master. For over 20 years I’ve helped people have a great life by creating an environment that supports their vision for their future, using the classic principals of feng shui.

I worked with home owners to bring peace and harmony into their lives, as well as hospitals, schools, and even retirement communities to create successful organizations.

What I do

Anna wanted to bring affordable, decent house to low income elders in Austin, Texas.

She was having trouble raising awareness, and money, to get her vision off the ground. Like most non-profits her team was willing and capable, but overworked, underpaid. The office was cramped, disheveled, plus people had to share desks. Instead of getting things done, Anna and her team spend days shuffling people, papers and squabbling all the time.

Using fundamental feng shui principals taught to me by Master Yu, founder of Feng Shui Reserch Center, I began by locating the different energies in the office. I then active the energies so they would work more harmoniously together.

Within weeks the staff was happier and more productive. And that’s when the magic started to happen. It was like an explosion. People began throwing money at Anna’s vision for decent affordable senior living.

Soon a vacant lot was donated that was once housing for slave cabins during the civil war. The same area that had become haven for drug addicts, was cleaned up using feng shui. Even the drug paraphernalia that littered the area began to disappear on it’s own.

Working with the developers, I carefully chose the placement of entrances and exits to maximize positive energy, flowing in an out of the facility, and recommended all the apartments look out onto beautiful pathways.

There was so much healing taking place, inside and out, and residents loved their new apartments.

This new energy infused environment even caused two, very sick and elderly people to fall in love. They left the critical care unit where they met, and move into one of the apartments that looked over a small park with a water pond.

When your home, office or environment does much more than put a roof over your head, and instead, puts a roof over everyone’s head who comes in contact with it, that’s good feng shui. I call it optimizing your life.

Young Lives Transformed

I worked on another amazing project for young at-risk kids near Austin, Texas.

My daughter asked me to feng shui her classroom.

She couldn’t believe how happy the kids were. It was like they were coming out of the slingshot. They were just pow, pow, pow.

My daughter could not believe how much easier it was to teach the students, and how willing and hungry they were to learn.

After the success in my daughter’s classroom I was asked to feng shui a public school — only this school was a former mental hospital. There were also lots of heavy wires surrounding the building plus lots of pollution.

Like the retirement community project, I began by “cleaning” the entire area with the feng shui. I then worked on each of the classrooms to empower the teachers and create an environment that helped kids learn.

Three years later the school won top awards for academics and excellence in teaching.

Everything is impacted by our environment. Whether it’s the sun, the wind, the rain, the clouds, or even  outer space, there are fundamental feng shui principals that apply to everything.
